As part of our charitable initiative, most dental treatments are offered at approximately half of our regular clinic charges for eligible patients.
Our objective is to reduce the financial burden of dental treatment while maintaining the same commitment to quality, hygiene, sterilisation, and patient safety that guides our regular dental services.
Every patient receiving care through this initiative can expect:

- Appropriate infection-control and sterilisation protocols.
- Clear information about applicable discounted charges.

Important: The approximately 50% concession applies to most treatments. Certain specialised procedures, laboratory charges, prosthetic components, or special materials may be excluded. All applicable charges will be communicated before treatment begins.

To ensure that each patient receives appropriate attention and individualised care, we have reserved specific timings for our charitable dental services.
Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Daily Availability: Only 1–2 patients
Weekly Capacity: Maximum 7–8 patients
Appointments are deliberately limited so that our dental team can evaluate each patient’s needs and provide treatment with care and attention.
Prior appointment and confirmation are mandatory. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.
We encourage eligible patients to contact our clinic in advance to enquire about the availability of charitable dental appointments.

Patients who may benefit include individuals experiencing financial hardship, families with limited household income, and people who need essential dental treatment but are unable to comfortably afford standard clinic charges.
To ensure that the limited appointments are directed towards patients who need assistance most, our team may request basic information about a patient’s financial circumstances.
Any such information will be handled respectfully and with appropriate confidentiality.
Eligibility is determined individually and is subject to appointment availability, clinical requirements, and the clinic’s charitable care guidelines.
Our intention is not to create unnecessary barriers but to distribute the available support fairly and responsibly.
